remind oneself / sb of facts by referring to notes, etc.(借助筆記等)使自己(某人)想起:

在發言當中,他不得不借助看筆記來想起講稿内容。

I looked the word up in the dictionary torefresh my memoryof its exact meaning.

我在詞典裡查了這個單詞,以便想起它的确切意義。

promote v.

to help sth to happen or develop促進;推動

e.g. to promote a product

【可分性動詞短語】submit (sth) by hand交上,呈交:(常用一般時态,表示呈交對象時用介詞to)

【可分性動詞短語】give (a completed piece of work, especially written work) to the person who has officially asked for it or who is in charge交上:(主要用于美國英語中)

其同義短語是hand in,用法亦相同。

2. speak in a loud, clear voice, so that one can be heard大聲地說:(常用于祈使句中)

學習和努力做到高效管理時間,好成績并不是遙不可及的;在你有更多的時間去充實自己的時候,你會發現高遠的理想也能實現,美好生活全部是由自己雙手創造的。

Time management is the act of someone planning or organizing their time between different activities to maximize their effectiveness. Those who can practice good time management skills get more done in less time.

Time management is important because it is a direct counter to procrastination. Procrastination is the act of waiting until there is a short period of time to get something done. Lacking time management and being a procrastinator can cause someone to complete a task in a lackluster way. The benefits of efficiently managing someone's time include increased productivity, less stress and anxiety, and the realization of goals.

Increased productivity is the ability to get a significant end result out without putting as much in. Increased productivity at someone's job can lead to promotions or other advancement opportunities.


思政教育活動:細數自己管理時間的優缺點;在學習完高效時間管理後,如何提高自己的學習效率;當你有更多時間後,你将會把多出來的時間用在哪裡。
